If servicing is not carried out in accordance with the terms of your VPP, the VPP will be voided immediately. If any fault or repair found during the servicing under VPP is discovered during such service, you will be advised so that a time, convenient to all parties the repairs can be rectified.

Please note: there are certain services and parts that are at an additional cost to you.

These include:

  • Manufacturer-recommended servicing and/or flushing of your vehicle’s transmission, brakes, power steering and cooling system. Where required, our service advisor will bring these to your attention when booking to have your vehicle serviced.

  • Consumable parts including, not limited to, air and fuel filters, brake pads and shoes, fluids, spark plugs, timing nbelts, fan belts, hoses, coolant and gaskets.

To simplify servicing and maintenance for our valued customers under this warranty, we offer a Set-Price Service. This ensures your vehicle is maintained by factory-trained technicians to the highest possible standards at an affordable price.

Turbochargers/superchargers/LPG Units

Any mechanical failure that can be attributed to the vehicle being fitted with an LPG, turbocharger or supercharger unit other than a unit supplied, fitted or endorsed by the Vehicle’s manufacturer;

Normal wear & tear

Any component failure attributed to normal wear and tear, or consequential loss or damage, or any components/parts that are replaced at the time of the repair, which have not actually failed;

Modifications

Any failure to the factory components as a result of alteration or modification to the manufacturer’s specifications;

Personal injury/property damage

Any liability for death, bodily injury, or damage to other property;

Rust/contamination

Failure caused by rust or corrosion of any kind or contamination of fluids;

Consequential loss

Any consequential loss or damage of any kind;

Abuse

Repair or replacement required due to misuse, neglect or abuse of the Vehicle;

Theft

Your VPP provides you with no cover against theft.

Submersion

Vehicles that have been submersed in water.
